Welcome

Buggymoves fitness classes provide the perfect pathway back into exercise after having a baby. The original Buggymoves classes combine an aerobic workout with carefully selected strengthening, toning and postural exercises to target the major post natal trouble areas.  Set in beautiful East Lothian parkland, they offer a fun way to exercise outdoors with the added benefit of meeting other mums.  And with classes where babies come too, it's a great way to set you and your baby on the way to a healthy lifestyle.

Mums on the Run evening classes (without babies) are aimed at first-time runners or those looking to ease themselves back into running. The classes combine a forest/beach trail run with an exercise session designed to strengthen and tone the main running muscles. A great way to clear the head after a busy day.

There are a range of classes suitable for all levels of fitness where you'll be gently encouraged to work at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

With a fitness instructor fully qualified in post natal exercise, you can be assured that the classes are safe, effective and fun for you and your little one. There is also the option of 1:1 or small group training sessions (with or without babies in tow) - contact Jayne for more details.

Reservations are being taken now for 2012 classes  - please get in touch to reserve your space.
